چکیده :

In this paper besides the introduction of the human capital on the advantages form the work force and investment in the Iranian organizations we have as well investigated the relationship between human capital and competitive advantage as an important factor in the progress and presence in an international arena. The human capital independent variables and competitive advantage with its 6 dimensional are the related variables whose relationships are distributed through the questionnaires in the level of selected units of automotive parts were investigated. The sampling was in randomized methodology and among the managers and technical engineers working in the auto part manufacturing company, was with the sample volume of 128 individuals. The results of this research showed that there exists a meaningful relationship between the human capital and the competitive advantage in the industry in a manner that with the increase of the human capital the level of the competitive advantage also is promoted.
