Today, the economists have found that the rhythm of economic growth and development generally depends on rate of capital accumulation and on human capital in particular. As a result, all countries search for developing capital sources and to accelerate rhythm of their growth and development. However, this point may be noticed that to the extent the human capital plays greater role in inventory of investment in these countries, the ground for optimal use of other resources will be more facilitated and faster due to high productivity of workforce. The present essay is mainly intended to clarify the existing close relationship among education and productivity of human resources as well as economic growth and development through improving of efficiency, effectiveness, and finally productivity of human resources thereby to identify the role and importance of education in promoting productivity of human resources and eventually role of the developed and productive human resources in realization of Economic Saga goals. For this purpose, initially the relevant definitions and concepts to this field has been presented and with more contemplative outlook toward the concept of Economic Saga, the various theories and attitudes have been posited regarding education and development of human resources and their importance and role of in economic development and then analysis of educational investments based on the approaches of economic theories. The importance and role of education in productivity of human resources as well as importance and role of productivity of the trained and developed human resources in economic growth and development in the course of Economic Saga goals are some of other topics with which this article has dealt. The results of this investigation indicate that further investment in education of human resources has caused developing the reserves of human capital and it improves the capability and potential for production by members of people and has prepared the conditions for economic growth and development due to improving productivity of human resources and realized goals of Economic Saga
