economy. The study method was library method and the data analysis approach
was analytic-descriptive. The daily change of the hours, tools, type of goods,
customers and method of work in work place are some of the outcomes of
science progress in the globalization era to achieve the dynamic and strong
world. The lack of planning, education and domination of a norm against the
changes caused that the employees resist against the effective methods of activity
with emphasis on change necessity and the result is the waste of useful work time
of passive economy.
