چکیده :

During the past half-century, the world’s social, cultural, economic, and industrial conditions have been so involved with change and diversification that there is hardly any similarity between present and past organization structures in. Future belongs to those organizations which utilize all their potential and existing facilities to face new challenges. Developed organizations are precedents of a developed society. Developed organizations on the otherhand, earn their real power and potency through specialized human resources as strategic capitals. Therefore, the importance of such a worthy effective resource in organizations must be explained. In such conditions, one of the initiatives apparently causing foresight-based fundamental human resource changes is to implement succession system. This requires numerous factors exist and reinforced in organization as stage-setting variable variables. The succession concept refers to the process during which the human talents of organization are detected for future assumption of key jobs and offices, and prepared through various plans of education and training. The prepared paper firstly concerns expression of succession problem, its definition, and subsequently goals of succession plan implementation. The literature is reviewed, and out of all models in the area of succession, the Kim combinatory model is investigated. Thereafter, the requirements of the succession plan are mentioned. Eventualy, an external organization succession plan (noaa) is studied as the base of action.
