Nitrate pollution of groundwater resources is one of the pressing environmental issues. Nitrogen fertilizer has increased dramatically in few last decades. Nitrate has the negative load just like external surface of the soil and washed up easily and penetrate in surface and ground water resources. The aim of this research is probing the nitrate pollution, using Geographical Information System (GIS). In order that water sampling was done in the year of 2012. The method that has been used for zoning in this research is Inversed Distance Weighted (IDW) with 1 and 5 exponent. The amount of nitrate in middle part of the plain was more than southern and northern margins. Because of wide agricultural activities and using Nitrate fertilizer, the excess amount of it washed up and pollute ground water resources.
