چکیده :

Systems’ diversity and various features of equipment in terms of lifetime and failure mode determine importance of choosing an appropriate method for maintenance and repair for each equipment. In this paper, an innovative mathematic model from system reliability function has been proposed. According to this model, optimal replacement strategy is only determined based on system maximum reliability in order to apply its results in preventive replacement operation scheduling and consequently obtain the maximum system’s reliability. In systems with exponential lifetime densities without proper preventive replacement pattern, a model to choose reliability centered replacement policy has been provided. In real networks that probability distributions of failure and repair parts are not accurate and follow a probability distribution, factors affecting the failure rate and lines repair time are considered as the membership functions and failure rate and repair time are obtained considering impact of these uncertainties and choosing suitable rules
