The aim of the present research paper is desirable elements of ranking of educations employees
from view point of their office personal in Babol city. Research method is descriptive (survey). The
population of this research are education empolyees. The Numbers 361 of them were selected by simple
random sampling method. The instruments used in The present study consist of desirable elements
questionnaire. For the statistical methods, Kolomoghroph, single T, dependent T & Friedman. Analysis
were performed using SPSS & Lisreal software. Cronbach's alpha coefficients showed good reliability
(96%). The findings showed individual and research elements are the most factors in order to ranking
.education empolyees but teaching – learning and vision are the less factor
