چکیده :

Investigating the willing to stay in administrative employees is based on supervision quality and organizational commitment in sports and youth departments in Mazandaran province. The research method is descriptive –surveying of correlative type. Statistical community is composed of all employees from physical education departments of Mazandaran that the considered statistical community is about 200 people. The sampling method of this research is a random and simple method. Using the above information and the numbers of the considered Community, according to Morgan's table, 120 people numbers has been considered as a sample. The data was achieved using organizational Commitment question aired (α=0.91), supervisory quality questionnaire (α=0.78) and willing to stay questionnaire in the organization (α=0.70). The analysis of the data was performed by Pearson's test, multi-variable regression test, and using spss22 software. The results of the research indicates that organizational commitments supervisory quality have relationship with employees willing to stay in sports and youth department’s and can predict each other.
