چکیده :

Nowadays, one of the characteristics of developing countries is one of the issue of culture and especially the role of higher education. According to undeniable role of university in cultural development, the aim of this study is to explain the corporate culture at the University of Mazandaran. The population of Mazandaran University has 261 faculty members, of which 170 were selected as sample. Then, based on 117 questionnaires collected with standard components and reliability of 88%, four hypotheses have been examined. In the form of a regression model analysis, four ridge route, while explaining the organizational culture of Mazandaran university, each of them expect for the variable of cultural assumptions and belief directly and all of them are not directly interacted, have been influenced the process. Any fundamental change in the culture of the organization is possible only through knowledge. Therefore, it is suggested that the variables of assumption, cultural beliefs and behavior patterns to be managed in that the organizational culture in Mazandaran University will .be manifested
