The purpose of the study was to design a model of LPIs in Hakim Farabi Sugarcane Agro-industry Company, Khuzestan (HFSACK). The study was exploratory, which was applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-survey in terms of nature, and had a field design. The theoretical basics of the study were gathered through library study and the data through random sampling and using a researcher-made questionnaire that was approved by the experts with a total reliability of 90%. In this study, in addition to the content validity, face, convergent, and type of convergent and divergent validities were with the results showing the validity confirmed. The population of this study included the managers and employees of HFSACK. The sample consisted of 152 managers and employees who were selected randomly. Descriptive and inferential statistics with Spss and Lisrel software were used to answer the research question, test the hypotheses, and analyze the collected data. Descriptive statistics and variance analysis were used to study the demographic characteristics of the population. Structural equation modeling was used given the simultaneous analysis of several variables and their relationships. According to the results, all research hypotheses were confirmed at 95% level of confidence. Moreover, the results indicated that the research model fitted with the data collected from the target population. The values of goodness of fit index (GFI) in the final model showed the suitability of the model. Data analysis showed that the aspects studied had a positive and significant effect.
