چکیده :

In order to cope with the current external opportunities and threats, it is argued that organizations have to learn, that is, acquire new knowledge and skills that will improve their existing and future performance. The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of organizational learning on organizational innovation and performance. Data were collected with questionnaire instruments. Model was developed and tested with structural equation model using data collected from the 273 Iranian bank employees. The results show that organizational learning has positive impact on organizational innovation and organizational performance.
