Reviewing the rate of vocational exhaustion of health- workers employed in health houses of Mazandaran medical university

This research has investigated the rate of vocational exhaustion of health- workers employed in health houses of Mazandaran medical university. The research method is descriptive- survey. The size statistical society included all health- workers employed in Mazandaran medical university 2022 persons. This of selected samples based on Kerjeci- Morgan table are 362 persons. Sampling method is simple random. To collect information was used Mazandaran standard vocational exhaustion questionnaire (1981). To analyze data was used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics included single group-t-test. Research findings showed that vocational exhaustion in women is higher than men. There are meaningful differences between dimensions of health- workers' vocational exhaustion. The amount of it in emotional fatigue, depersonalization and feeling of adequacy is respectively 26%, 5% and 53%.
