The survey of global situation of olive oil and processed olive showed that the price of these products in global level is decreasing and mostly the present competition is a qualitative one Cluster area because of its long history in producing olive oil is known as a brand in Iran and the most of the olive productions and processing and the institutions related to this industry of the country are located in cluster area. The main goal of doing this research is to recognize and analyze internal and external environments of the cluster and codifying suitable strategies appropriate for it. This research is of descriptive-measurement type and the statistical society of this research is the managers and experts of industrial cluster in Guilan province. The number of statistical sample is 50 people; these people are chosen by random sampling. For data collection a questionnaire has been used which is consisted of 4 general and 65 technical questions. The data of the questionnaire was checked by statistical techniques such as T single variable, T student, and T critical. For doing this statistical software (SPSS 18) was used. The results of this research showed that the outcome of cluster in utilizing environmental opportunities in position was positive and this superiority is relative. The superiority of internal locations and the presence of environmental opportunities have put the cluster in aggressive position. Strategies of development are selected as the chosen strategies of the research.
