The Risk Management Matrix and External Risks of the Project

The Risk Matrix is one of the useful tools in the process of risk management. Actually it enables us to find answers for control and education of the main risks of the project while recognizing them. The purpose of the project risk management is to increase the possibility of successfulness of the project; and this takes place through recognition and systematic evaluation of risks, using ways in order to reduce and eliminating them and maximizing the chances. Studying the literature of this study, we find out that there are noticeable shortages in the zone of evaluation and choice of risk reduction actions of projects. The related studies are generally implicit models that include general survey of untruth effects on projects and strategies for decreasing the risk level. In order to remove the told shortages, this study has introduced the internal and external risks of project and also the process of providing risk management matrix.
