چکیده :

Purpose- The purpose of this paper is to show that communication effectiveness moderates relationship between IT agility and strategic alignment in organizations of Iran. Design/Methodology/approach- The paper is undertaken to demonstrate the relationship between mangers and employees' IT agility and communication effectiveness to enhance strategic alignment in organizations. Data (N=155) for this study is collected by means of questionnaires. This data is collected from those participants who were managers and employees in Agriculture Bank and Educational Administrations of Iran. The methods for data collection were library, Field study, and assessment through Questionnaires. Findings- The researcher in current paper concluded that IT agility and communication effectiveness plays a key role to enhance strategic alignment between managers and employees in establishments of Iran. Research limitations/implications-IT agility is recommended as a metric to assess the achievement not only of the organizations, but also of the managers and employees. Caution is suggested to regard as the using effective communication in relationship between IT agility and strategic alignment. Originality/value- This paper addresses how IT agility can be viewed as a positive influence for improving managers and employees’ strategic alignment to handle the organization’s commerce as well as present some insight of development evaluation during times of key uncertainty caused by important change. In this way an organization can make easy alter with using communication effectiveness to be more adaptive and nimble.
