Investigation of the mental health of PayamNoor and Azad University students in Saravan city. The present study aims to ascertain and compare the mental health state of PayamNoor and Azad university students in Saravan city. In this research a descriptive survey method of research was employed. To select the suitable sample 100 students from PayamNoor and 100 students from Azad University were selected at random. Scl-90-R scale was used to collect the data. To analyze the data T test was applied and results illustrated that only on paranoia subscale there was significant difference between two universities i.e. Azad university students obtained more scores on paranoia sub-scale than PayamNoor university students. But there was not emerged any significant difference between two university students on other sub-scales. The results revealed that mental health state of PayamNoor university students was better than Azad university students.
