This study was conducted to provide direct access to a camel rumen ecosystem. An experiment with six dromedary camels (three male and three female with 3 years old / weight 350 ± 13 kg) in the Research Institute of Animal Sciences and Research Farm of Mollasany was performed. Modified plastic fistula had a body made of Poly-ethylene, internal and external flange, nut and door, the internal diameter of the body and interior flange of fistula were 7 and 15 cm respectively. First, pent animal, then digestive and dental health condition was tested. Hair of left area in the space between the pelvic bones, spine and rib shaved and the skin is it was disinfected. The first installation done with local anesthesia and sedatives injections, then a small scratch skin performed. Rumen by metal clamps was inhibited. Fistula between the marks, it took two weeks until rein part of rumen was necrotic, fibrous and is separated from the skin. Secondly, first body then inner scales sent to the rumen and assembled together. After the edge body of fistula lifted the rumen and external scale, nut and cap respectively were placed on the body. Camels have hardened skin and all of spleen in posterior abdominal and water bags in the external wall rumen compelled the installation fistula in camel's rumen. Overall, after the installation of fistula with a two-step method of FAO, microbiology laboratory, fermentation and digestibility of camel's feeds more easily and accurately was done.
