Given the importance of safety management in ports, the present paper examines the management cycle of continuous improvement in safety of ports by the use of a questionnaire designed by the researcher. The questionnaire includes three sections of demographic, evaluation of management improvement indicators and safety management of ports indicators. The assessment of the questionnaire has been done through statistical analysis software (SPSS) that confirms the cycle of continuous improvement in creating safety management of sea ports of the country.
