An inspection about the rate of bacterial flora of Lucioperca inAras barrier lake

Objectives: for safe culturing and a long life of the cultured fish, proper efforts should be taken to prevent fishes from sickness. For successful treatments , diagnosing the cause of the disease is required . Bacterial infections can cause anorexia , paleness, fish depression , discoloring , flimsiness, anus inflammation , viscous feces, fast breathing and yellowish of the operculum . The goal of the research is inspecting the rate of bacterial infections of Rainbow trout in culturing farms around Urmia. Materials &methods : after sterilizing the sampling eguipments ,the sampling eguipments , the sampling was performed during 45Days from 15 farms around urmia . After hunting , the fish were sent to the laboratory within 2 hours then the sampling was performed . The samples were from operculum , skin and abdominal cavity of the fish and they were cultyred in TsA medium. The plates were left for 24-48 hours in 23-25c . Then microscopic slides were prepared for more inspection.
