The relation between FBS and gender in Bushehrian´ s young adults.

Background: FBS (fasting blood sugar) is one of the indicators that determine the health or diabetes. Normal range of it is m70-110g / dl. Higher than of this range is cause diabetes. The aim of this study was determining of the relation between FBS and gender in Bushehrian´ s young adults. Methods: 2cc of blood samples from 300 young health people in tubes without anticoagulant were collected (21.98±1.80mg/dl). FBS was performed on all of them. Review of this relation was done in 300 samples. Results: The mean of FBS in male was 91.79 ± 12.71 mg/dl and in female was 88.58±12.80 mg/dl. There was no significant difference between thrombocytopenia and gender(p>0.05). Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that the incidence of diabetes among people does not depend on their gender
