چکیده :

The present study was aimed to investigate the Learning Organization Components Application in Gas Company of Isfahan Province. Senge(1990) indicated that the learning organizations have seven components. These include Personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and Systems thinking. This study is a practical research from purpose view and is a descriptive-survey one from research methodology perspective. The statistical population of this study includes 1043 employees of Gas Company of Isfahan Province. A sample of 280 employees has been selected from this population through random clarified sampling method. In order to collect the research data, research-developed questionnaire have been used. In order to employ these questionnaires, their reliability and validity of the questionnaires have been examined and confirmed. Cornbachs’ Alpha Coefficient has been employed for examining reliability of the questionnaire. This coefficient of this questionnaire was 97%. One-sample T test and Freedman test have been used for analyzing the research data. The SPSS is the statistical software which has been used. The results revealed that the average of Systems thinking was more than 3.00. The averages of Personal mastery, Mental models and Shared vision were 3.00. Also the average of team learning was less than 3.00.
