چکیده :

In-service training is one of the most effective means of managers which is used in order to confront environmental changes and guarantees suitable service provision, especially in health organizations. If it is implemented in a targeted and orderly manner and in order to satisfy health workers needs, it not only improves their performance, but also it improves their skills and creativity. This research tries to investigate the influence of in-service training on improvement of creativity and innovation in health workers of Mazandaran Medical Sciences University. 140 people of health workers took part in the survey. Data collecting device included two questionnaires: Turns creativity questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire which determined the level of in-service trainings. Spearman correlation test was used to investigate the relationship between in-service training and creativity improvement. Results showed that in-service training has influence on improvement of health workers creativity and innovation.
