چکیده :

Due to the importance of manpower in an organization and its role in the development and growth of organizational goals, dealing with the topic of employees’ efficiency is one of the most important troubles of modern managers, and in this case, universities are very important as the center of capable and specialist manpower training. The conducted study conducted is practical on the basis of goal and descriptive based on the method. In this regard, at first the main effective factors on the efficiency of Fars electronic power distributed company employees were identified through a questionnaire and interviewed which are: skill, education, motivation, participation in decisions and job cognition, then the impact rate of these factors on the efficiency of employees and determining the impact priority of these factors has been studied and the final model was provided. The result of these exams indicates that there’s been a significant relationship between these factors with the efficiency of employees and this relationship is linear.
