چکیده :

Human resources are the most important factors affecting on the success or failure of a social system. These are the human resources that are the survival guarantee, the effective factor and the success code of a system. The human resource factor can waste, destroy or fertilize the physical and material resources. One of the essential conditions to achieve the goal of any business is to inspire and motivate people who are doing it. There are several factors for low working motivation in the organizations. That’s why the management should look for the ways and techniques to increase the employee’s motivation. A lot of factors can influence on increasing the principals’ working motivation. But in this study we investigate three factors: job nature, organizational environment, and the personal features and also their effectiveness on job motivation. This study has been done among 66 high school principals in Bojnord County by using descriptive-analytical statistical methods. 45 people were selected by sampling method and job motivation questionnaire was used to collect the data. Teachers’ comments were used to determine the validity. The reliability was obtained through retest and the information was analyzed by SPSS software. The results indicate that the personal factors, especially the progress motivation have a very large effect on raising the motivation. The factors such as job nature and organizational environment are effective in increasing motivation
