چکیده :

Great experts of education stressed the importance of thinking, considered it as the one of the main goals of education and academic achievement. Accordingly, the educational system should be rather than merely conveying information to students provides ideal conditions for growing children's thinking. Thinking, especially critical Thinking will not grow by itself but it is essential that it is theoretically and practically be taught. This study examines the nature and components of critical thinking and how it has been taught and its efflorescence. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of the high school curriculum on growth of students ' critical thinking skills. A multistage random sampling method was applied in order to choose 101 high school students from both publicand normal schools. With the completion of the California Critical Thinking Skills Test (CCTST), required information was collected and also this information was analyzed usingF & T test & correlation coefficients. According to findings, there is a significant difference between rate of high school and pre-university students' critical thinking skills.
