چکیده :

The aim of the current study is determine the relation between meritocracies on manpower stimulation of governmental agencies. In this study, descriptive- survey approach were used as a common and appropriate method. Statistical society consists of all staffs of Ahwaz Jondishapour University of Medical Sciences that were 519 people. According to Morgan Formula, the sample size is 224. The stratified proportional sampling method was used for choosing members. T-test and ANOVA have been used for testing hypothesis. Data collecting tools in field fram eworks of both meritocracy and stimulation factors. Results showed that: - There is a relationship between education level and employee motivation. – There is a relationship between competence and performance of staffs. – There is a relationship between political and legal factors of society (based on meritocracy) and staffs motivation. – There is no relationship between structural and management factors of organization (based on meritocracy) and staffs motivation. – There is a relationship between organizational technologies factors (system and technical knowledge based on meritocracy)
