چکیده :

The aim of present study is to examine the relationship between cultural intelligence and social interactions among students of Azad and state universities. Population of the study consists of 7000 subjects and sample of study was determined using simple random sampling based upon Krejcie and Morgan table. In order to collect data, two questionnaires of cultural intelligence and Earley and Ang (2007) and researcher-made questionnaire were applied, whose validity was confirmed by psychological and management experts and its reliability was calculated through Cronbach’s alpha equaling ./86 indicating suitable reliability. Software SPSS, Pearson’s correlation test, and multiple linear regression test were used to analyzing data. Results indicated that cultural intelligence has a significant relationship with social interactions of students and among aspects of cultural intelligence, only aspect of cultural intelligence knowledge has no significant relationship with students’ social interactions.
