چکیده :

The present study aims at investigating the relationship between job characteristics and Merry Feeling among the staff of Maragheh Azad University. This study is descriptive-analytical research. The participants of the present study are 137 employees who have been chosen through stratified random sampling. The validity of this research is face validity accomplished by consulting the experts and the reliability was examined through Cronbach's alpha. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS software. The present study includes two main and five sub hypotheses. The findings revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between job characteristics and merry feeling and also between job characteristics' components including job identity and merry feeling; between job significance and merry feeling; between job independence and merry feeling and between job feedback and merry feeling. However, there is no significant relationship between skill variety and merry feeling. Also, there is a significant difference between the amount of the relationship of each of job characteristics' component and employees' merry feeling in Maragheh Azad University.
