Knowledge management is a structured approach that establishes methods for recognition, evaluation, organizing, preservation, and utilization of knowledge in order to provide organization’s requirements and goals. Knowledge management, besides information management, facilitates the production of new knowledge and manages knowledge sharing and utilization practice. The aim of this research is to study the importance and role of knowledge management in successful organizations is data transfer And by using library evidence and documents and internet resources, is to have a written review and to provide solutions and point out the advantages and barriers of using knowledge management in organizations by defining it, the necessity of using it in organizations and presenting various models of information transfer in knowledge management in the general development of the country. Finally we have achieved this conclusion that knowledge management helps organizations to have an effective knowledge process. Today’s organizations cannot present proper goods and services without knowledge. Thus, to answer this demand and to increase efficiency and benefits, knowledge must be exchanged between the organization’s producers and users.
