According to the importance of rural areas economically and their decisive roles in the economic development and national security, providing affordable housing and eliminating existing problems in these areas, especially providing strength and fixing vulnerability have great importance. The study has been conducted to evaluate the factors and economic indicators influencing on the process of developments of rural housing in Sangar district. The used research method is descriptiveanalytical, implementation method is survey and its kind is practical. The sample size was determined by using the Morgan table of 375 heads of family that the case was completed in the form of simple random. The content validity was determined by carrying out a survey of university professors and experts in the field of rural housing. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated equal to 0.83 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results of data analysis showed that the intensity of the correlation between two variables of economic characteristics and changes in the quantity and quality is +44.7% that it indicates the direct relationship between the two variables. On the other hand, the coefficient of determination between two variables is equal to 0.299; it shows that the economic characteristics can predict quantity and quality levels 29.9 percent. The evaluation of residence in Sangar suggests that housing has been changed in the region under the influence of several factors including increased revenue, relationship between urban and rural and level of supply and demand for housing.
