چکیده :

This study has been investigated based on considering the mediating role of innovative climate in the relationship between transformational leadership style and innovative behavior of workers. The statistical population of this study includes all of employees of Isfahan University of medical sciences inits seven assistances and all of faculties. The number of this population was 1183 employees that 645 of them were male and remaining 438 employees were female. In order to sampling, random sampling method has been used. In order to this, first the primary study has been done and its variation placed in sampling method and then the final sample size has been determined 129 employees. Our finding showed the mediating role of innovative climate in the relationship between intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, individual consideration and innovative behavior (P<0.01), but the mediating role of innovative climate in the relationship between ideal influence and systematic problem solving method (P<0.01) was not proved.
