Today, the media have a very vast impact on different classes of human community life as all segments are directly and indirectly impacted by these factors. But this point can have a positive and ideal impact or incompatible and destroying role on human community. In this study it has been tried to evaluate the electronic and media education direct and indirect role on citizenship culture. In general, the media with the developments that have had on various aspects of equipment technology, quantity and method, can be effective on building public attitudes culture and public opinions as the carriers and messages transmitters. They have the capability of presence in all geographical locations regardless of geographic, cultural and beliefs' boundaries. The discussion is accepted and admitted by all those involved in culture affairs. But that being in the present situation and environment, how we can be effective using this issue in line with the acceptable public culture and in comply with defined target and policies of the government designated specific worldview and ideology and utilize it the best way, is what the present article deals with.
