Realization of supply chain in industries and organizations are essential priorities for the survival and the survival and today will be no exception and industry organizations. Performance measurement, supply chain and identify the variables involved in it is important. Human resource planning system to improve supply chain performance is an important indicator. Due to high competition in the automotive industry due to these two factors, it seems more than ever necessary. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of enterprise resource planning systems based on the company's supply chain performance vehicle. The population of the study's leaders and experts in the automotive supply chain and according to Cochran formula to determine the size of the 307 selected communities by limiting the number of samples to collect the views of these people. The questionnaire collected data using structural modeling equation analysis was performed by LISREL software. The results represent confirmation of the hypothesis is investigated. According to the results of production planning and control processes are the most and the least impact on supply chain performance. Finally, supply chain and enterprise resource planning tips improve performance in each of the variables under study was presented
