چکیده :

In this study aims at introducing new technologies for construction and feasibility of prefabricated structures in rapid construction of Eilam After natural disasters such as the earthquake done, having this system in terms of technical feasibility, economic and commercial, for construction and housing sector by using failure mode and its effects analysis is discussed. in this research is field and applied study, primary information about Eilam province and construction conditions have been investigated, then a variety of prefabricated structures such as steel frame, panel and steel structure styles is compared with each other. The results show that due to the speed of construction of prefabricated structures compared to in place samples in Iran, due to climatic and deprivation is low, however, with the possibility of earthquakes in different parts of Iran, the use of systems prefabricated has no technical feasibility. Also the results show that the preferences of the financial problems on quality materials, error in estimating costs and time, lack of planning on the basis of past experiences similar before the incident (along with making climate), absence of equipment needed for the construction of structures, panel and light steel frame construction costs are increased.
