Presentation of a Road map for Intelligent Knowledge Management

the objective of this research is to investigate how to achieve smart/intelligent organizational knowledge. Methods are assessed to present how the process of creation, acquisition, refinement, memory storage, transfer, sharing and utilization may be made smart in order to emphasize the intelligence of future knowledge requirements including explicit and tacit knowledge. This approach will enhance correct decision making and improve perceptions. This research will support correct decision making processes in organizations and is of considerable importance since it is more important for organizations to maintain their competitive advantage in today’s unstable competitive corporate world. Information for companies and organizations is known as the most crucial competitive factor therefore knowledge intelligence is not only used for storing organizations useful information but also enhances the performance of companies and organizations knowledge processes.
