چکیده :

The purpose of this study is the relationship between empowerment and perceived organizational support and job security of sport agencies' employee and Youth of the West Country. The research, which is a descriptive survey, was carried out in solidarity. The population of the study is including all staff and youth of sports organizations in the West Country, their number is 300 members and a numerical sample according to Morgan table, is determined as 170 individuals, available stratified random sampling method. The instruments which used in research, questionnaire, perceived organizational support, empowerment and Inventory are job security. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The results of the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that: between perceived organizational support and empowerment at the level of job security (p<0.001), respectively the relationship of 0.615 and 0.741 is obtained which shows a positive relationship between these three variables. Also, the empowerments (significant, competence, independence (determination) and impact), the level of job security (p<0.001) respectively associated 0.290, 0.260, 0.677 and 0.324 is positive and statistically-significant results. The results of stepwise regression, perceived organizational support and empowerment dimensions in order to explain and predict changes in job security is about 0.54 and 0.58 .
