چکیده :

This study aimed investigated the effective job motivation factors within Payam Noor University of Mazandaran. The statistic population of the study is "managers and experts of Payam Noor University of Mazandaran" as the total number of 420. The sample size of 201 professionals and staffs has been determined by using Jersey and Morgan table. It has been selected randomly. Data collection instrument was questionnaire. For data analysis one sample t test methods where used. The results show that job motivation is significant and attractive for most scientists. Job motivation of university's employees is in good position compared to other organizations.
