Investigation the relationship between demographic and personal characteristics with communication skills in Physical Education Department authorities

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between demographic and personal characteristics with communication skills in Physical Education Department authorities in Mazandaran schools. This study is "cross-correlation" and is performed by field method. Statistical population involves schools in Mazandaran Province Department of Physical Education. The sample was considered as the Cattle Census methodology. Measurement tool in the research affects the researcher questionnaire including demographic characteristics questionnaire, standard character Neo and standard questionnaires communication skills by Barton. Questionnaire indexes used by Cronbach's alpha coefficients were 0.71 and 0.74 respectively. In order to describe the demographic variables of the subjects as well as descriptive statistics and inferential statistical methods to test hypotheses involved in the simple correlation coefficient, Spearman correlation and multiple regression analysis were used. Hypothesis test at a significance level of 50 ≤ α showed a positive relationship between personality traits and significant communication skills. Spearman correlation results indicated that the demographic characteristics, age and marital Department of Physical Education have statistically significant positive relationship with their communication skills. However, gender, education level, field of study, experience, history and sports have no significant relationship with management experience. According to the results, the Department of Physical Education Institute for selecting and attracting people to operate is important due to their strong relationships with their characteristics and usefulness in promoting the objectives of physical education for establishing.
