Investigating family factors of addiction relapse among self-introducing addicts to drug addiction-quitting centres in Zahedan

This research was conducted to investigate the family factors of addiction relapse among self-introducing addicts to drug addiction-quitting centres in Zahedan .Research methodology was descriptive –survey. Statistical society of this research is all self-introduced addicts referring addiction-quitting in Zahedan. Sampling method was accessible way and 200 persons were deliberately selected as sample volume .Research tool was two researcher-made questionnaires including family factors of addiction relapse and preventive measures of reusing drug. Version of the research and general stability of questionnaires were 81.0 and 85.0, respectively. To analyse statistically, statistical data of frequency distribution table ,average , standard diversion as well as Khi two and Fridman tests for test of research questions were used .Research findings indicated that factors such as crowded and big families played a little effect ;physical problems of parents ,revenge from family ,economical welfare of the family ,divorce and educational level of parents as medium [important factor];psychological problems of parents , not receiving attention from family, inappropriate relationship between parents ,losing parents, poverty of family ,love failure as important[factors] ;wrong treatment and unsuccessful marriage as very high important factors in addiction relapse among self-introducing addicts to drug addiction-quitting centres. Furthermore, creating alternative activities for person who has quit , avoiding the person from addicted friends ,migration or living in another city ,identifying children`s friends and motivating the children to do religious activities were highly effective; job creation ,others` support ,reviewing teenagers’ after school programs, improving interrelationships in the family ,skills of parents in children`s treatment and awareness regarding individual and social effects of consuming drugs were very highly effective in preventing reusing drugs among selfintroducing addicts to drug addiction-quitting centres in Zahedan.
