چکیده :

e purpose of this study was to measure the possibility of establishing virtual learning in Lorestan University. The research was carried out using descriptive-survey method. The research population included all the faculty members of Lorestan University who were 210 people, the sample volume was according to Morgan’s Table 132 cases and were randomly selected as samples. The tool of data collection was the questionnaire provide by Afzal Khani (2010), its validity by content based validity and its reliability by Cronbach's Coefficient Alpha (r=.86). The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics’ measures including: frequency distribution tables, central measures and distribution (mean and standard deviation) and t-test. Results from the research showed that it is possible at an Intermediate level to establish virtual learning system in Lorestan University in terms of hardware, software and electronic content and virtual subjects infrastructures and at a desirable level in terms of expert human resources and culture creation and it is not possible to establish virtual learning system in terms of financial and back up resources.
