Studying workgroups in organization is important because of various reasons. First, the workgroups form one of the main constitutive parts of the organizations nowadays and second, behavior of the people in workgroups is different from workset which each of members do alone. In fact, behavior of the people influences on the groups and is effected of group too. Presentation of teamwork by forces under managers' management is one of the sensitive and important cases that managers have key role on it. On the hand, as competition and nonpredictable changes in business field is increased, it will required that the organizations act in an agility manner to gain competitive advantages for reaching to organizational goals and success in business. These abilities help to the organizations that those discover non-predictable changes in order to achieving to better occasion in competitive marketing and improving time cycle in management activities and respond to it. Agility means a set of the abilities and eligibilities that it will be a cause of organization perpetuity and improvement in business environment. Therefore, in this research, it has been endeavored to investigate the relationship between teamwork and personnel's agility of governmental banks in Marivan Township. In this research which is applicative at goal aspect and descriptive and correlation at methodology aspect, the questionnaire has been distributed among 350 governmental banks personnel to study teamwork and organizational agility and it was confirmed the existence of relationship between teamwork and agility of personnel of governmental banks in Marivan Township.
