چکیده :

A new analytical method was developed for solving twodimensional viscous flow. The flow is incompressible, laminar, and isothermal in a rectangular domain bounded by twomoving porous walls. An efficient mathematical technique (differential transform method (DTM)) was used to solve the governing equation in the form of a series with easily computable terms. Graphical results were presented to investigate the influence of the non-dimensional wall dilation rate α and permeation Reynolds number on the velocity, normal pressure distribution, and wall shear stress. The results illustrate the reliability and the performance of the DTM in comparison with the numerical method in solving this problem.
