The effects of organic and inorganic composition ratio on the synthesis and optical properties of CH3- NH3PbBr3 hybrid perovskite as nanostructure were studied. The structural and excitonic properties, optical transmission and photoluminescence properties were systematically investigated based on the spectral shift. According to the recent remarkable developments of lead halide perovskite solar cells, investigation of the perovskite crystal structure seems to be necessary. Based on our knowledge, the exact impacts of controlling organic and inorganic composition’s percentage, on the structural and optical properties of the hybrids, are studied for the first time, in this paper. We found some trends of choosing the organic ratio to improve the optical performance and increase the exciton binding energy. Moreover, with decreasing temperature, a redshift (10 nm) occurred in the photoluminescence emission. Furthermore, the photoluminescence spectra peak wavelengths as a function of temperature are linear and have negative slope.
