چکیده :

The goal of this research is to examine relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment of employees. Using Single-stage cluster sampling, necessary data was collected from 103 employees through two valid questionnaires. Structural equation modeling (SEM) has been used to analyze data and model. The results show that: There is a direct significant relationship between the organizational justice and organizational commitment.
