چکیده :

One of the main and essential missions in all educational systems is to promote the power of thinking among students. Teachers are usually considered as the most significant and effective element in all educational and research activities and the main question is that how is this possible for teachers to achieve. The history of thinking and critical thinking shall be reviewed in works and thoughts of past philosophers. These thoughtful believed that teachers must make an environment full of secrets and ambiguities instead of filling the students’ minds with unnecessary and inefficient information; in other words, teacher must express some questions about the curriculum to challenge their mind and not introduce to them some terms and concepts and principles about every curriculum; in Plato terms, teachers must warn and remind their student about the matters. This point can be found even in thoughts and ideas of new psychologists and especially Jean Piaget. Students in such an amazing condition and environment intellectually attempt to exit this puzzling environment and here the task of teacher is to organize and direct their responses patiently and exactly to acquire the truth. Author tries to recognize the nature of critical thinking and review the formulation process of critical thinking in syllabus in an analytical manner.
