چکیده :

The present study investigated the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management establishment in Islamic Azad University of Sari using a correlation_ descriptive approach. 184 people including the staffs and faculty members comprised the sample for this study. In order to collect data, two sets of researcher-made questionnaires namely organizational culture questionnaire with 32 questions and a reliability of a = 0/94 and knowledge management with 30 questions and the reliability of a = 0/96 were used. The Pearson correlation and one sample t-test were used to analyze the data. The findings of the study revealed that there was a significant relationship between organizational culture and its various dimensions including leadership style, organizational performance, organizational hierarchies and organizational objectives with knowledge management establishment. Moreover, evaluating the organizational culture dimensions made it clear that leadership style, evaluation and organizational objectives were at the average level and motivation, following adherence, decision making, power source, organizational hierarchy and organizational performance were higher than average.
