چکیده :

The present study examines the impact of organizational trust on organizational transparency and loyalty of primary school teachers in Zahedan city of Iran. The research method is descriptive - correlation. The population of the study consisted of all teachers in the education system of Zahedan city. In this study, a stratified random - based on Morgan table, 328 people was selected as the sample. The data collection tools of organizational loyalty questionnaire are Organizational clarity questionnaire, Organizational Trust questionnaire, and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire.
