چکیده :

Abstract- Background and Purpose: Creativity, like other human capabilities influenced characteristics, inherited and environmental factors, but under the influence of hereditary factors does not mean that is unique to particular individuals. Considering the above issues in whatever creative features higher student teachers with more love and are working towards a brilliant future and the gains that we realized when the barriers to creativity and risk factors we identified. The purpose of this study barriers to personal creativity and its relationship with locus of control in technical teachers and non Technical in the city of Sabzevar. METHODS: In this descriptive study of 180 teachers who between them were 64 technical teachers(Art Teachers) and 116 non Technical were randomly selected and personal barriers to creativity Fyfr questionnaires (with validity 0/81 Credit 0/85), source control Burger (with validity 0/87 and credits 0/79) responded. Inferential tests to compare groups and Yvmn Whitney and Chi to evaluate the correlation Spearman correlation test were used. All analysis software was SPSS 15. Results:The results showed that among technical teachers and non Technical ,significant differences in terms of barriers to creativity and locus of control does not exist (p <0 / 05). 66 / 16 percent of teachers in degree does not comply with the job, so these people have significantly (p <0 / 003) compared to other teachers about the obstacles related problems were the need to adapt. Degree rise significantly (p <0 / 05) reduce those barriers to the use of single and abstract matters need to adapt and are working successfully, has been. Spearman correlation test results showed a significant negative correlation between locus of control with the barriers to self-confidence and risk appetite (p = 0 / 000, r =- 0.351) and need to adapt (p = 0 / 020, r = - 0.173) are related there. This means that with increased internal locus of control mentioned barriers will fade. Conclusion:The results suggest that: Increasing internal locus of control could be some obstacles to their creativity to solve. Therefore, strengthening internal controls and training resource can be barriers to confidence and risk appetite and reduced versatility.
