Conditional release of prisoners in Iran penal rights

Of its diverse aims, punishment, besides imposing pressure on the offenders, should consistently consider offender amendment more than any other issue. Among the prisoners, there are some hopeful ones about future who always pursue their own amendment and endeavor do their best in that direction; so an offender amended after tolerance of punishment for a while, deserves to return to society; because holding an amended offender does not have any advantages but just leads to deprive society of his/her work capabilities and activities. According to above, conditional release regulations have been admitted in our country.
