An investigation on the communication and information, case study of Iranian integrated market

Human being’s life has improved from mass production era to information and communication era and evaluative motion of world’s countries toward informative and knowledge-based societies has impress all economical, cultural, industrial, political and social relationships process. Today imaging banking affairs without information technology (IT) is impossible. So, IT is pivot of value creation in banking system as it formed all today’s affairs. In Iran is also a same story, and despite of underdeveloped in some sectors and financial instruments, in recent years we observe considerable progress in this area. In this research, we evaluate IT status in Iranian 10 private banks (Pasargad , Parsian , Eghtesad-e-Novin, Saman, Sarmaye, Sina, Karafarin, Saderat and Mellat) and 6 state banks (Post Bank, Sepah, Keshavarzi, Sanat-o-Madan, Maskan and Melli) using aspect decrease of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) in years 2008-2012. The results show that in this period Sarmaye Bank is first benefic of IT and Tose-e- Saderat is last one.
